Who is collecting my data?

Events by Ashé LLC, operators of Ultimate Trinidad Carnival, Ultimate Crop Over and other unique and life-changing Caribbean experiences.

What data is being collected & what will you do with it?

We collect your name, phone number, country and email address.  We will use your data to contact you at least weekly about our latest blogs, products, services and other events that you may be interested in.  We also collect additional data from our clients traveling with us on our trips such as: mailing address, occupation, industry, emergency contact information, date of birth, sizing information and meal preferences.  We only use this additional information to plan your trip with us.

 How did you legally collect my data?

You consented to the processing of your data when you signed up to be contacted on our website or when you signed up to be a client.

Will my data be shared with any third parties?

No.  Your data will be kept within Events by Ashe LLC only.

How long will the data be stored for and where will it be stored?

Your data will be stored indefinitely with our email provider, Mailchimp and at our secure office.  We store your data to ensure that you don’t accidentally get resubscribed after unsubscribing from our list. 

What rights do I have as it concerns my data?

You can always unsubscribe from our mailing list should you wish not to hear from us anymore.  You can also email us at [email protected], to request to see your stored data.

How can I raise a complaint?

If you have a complaint about how your data is being used, feel free to email us at [email protected] and we will address your complaint within 48 hours.
